One-on-One Leadership Training
One-on-One training engagements focus on elite leadership and management development via private sessions delivered virtually on Zoom. This type of program is designed to enable female leaders, managers and executives in mission critical roles to practice a higher level of leadership and communication mastery as well as attain and sustain enhanced levels of leadership impact, influence and effectiveness.
Each client’s program is tailored to address the unique needs of the female leader and is linked to an action-plan that measures her progress toward attaining established deliverables and results.

This type of coaching will familiarize the client with the work and strategies of some of the leading experts in all aspects of top-tier leadership ranging from Dale Carnegie, Simon Sinek, and Patrick Lencioni to Brené Brown, Carol Dweck and Angela Duckworth.
Each phase of the training is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential female leaders who have been identified as having the potential for serving in roles of greater scope and responsibility in the future.
Throughout the 12-month training, I collaborate with the high-potential individual to identify and assess gaps that exist between the individual’s current role and the leadership skills and competencies required for future roles. Based on this gap analysis, I then work with her to create a comprehensive individual development plan; the purpose of the plan is to build on existing strengths and to create a roadmap for consistently developing and refining those skills and competencies required for successfully serving in all levels of management and senior executive roles.
