One-on-One training engagements focus on elite leadership and management development via private sessions delivered virtually on Zoom. Each client’s program is tailored to address the unique needs of the female leader and is linked to an action-plan that measures her progress toward attaining established deliverables and results.

Throughout the 12-month training, I collaborate with the high-potential individual to identify and assess gaps that exist between the individual’s current role and the leadership skills and competencies required for future roles. Based on this gap analysis, I then work with her to create a comprehensive individual development plan; the purpose of the plan is to build on existing strengths and to create a roadmap for consistently developing and refining those skills and competencies required for successfully serving in all levels of management and senior executive roles.
