So What is My Story?

In my work as a speaker and executive coach, I’ve witnessed how the most successful leaders aren’t just the ones who push harder in the face of stress or uncertainty—they’re the ones who pause, reflect, and allow themselves to see challenges as opportunities. They’ve learned how to unleash an optimal version of themselves that can thrive, even when the path forward isn’t clear.

It’s not always easy, but we get to choose. We can choose to see obstacles as overwhelming problems—or as stepping stones to growth. We can choose to pause, take an “emotional vacation,” and let clarity guide our actions. And when we do, we shift from simply surviving to thriving—even in the midst of change, uncertainty, and high stress.

This is the work I’m most passionate about: helping leaders and teams tap into their inner game to unlock clarity, resilience, and results. Because when you unleash the best version of yourself, you don’t just navigate uncertainty—you thrive in it.

I believe that each and every one of us carries within us the seeds of Greatness. A brilliance that separates the Human Genius from anything else outside of Mankind. Sometimes that Greatness comes naturally. At other times that Greatness is thrust upon us when we find ourselves in the role of what I call the reluctant hero.

With the near death accident of my daughter and the challenges that were laid firmly at my feet, I learned that it’s these tiny individual seeds of Greatness that live waiting to be cultivated within our own minds. Then, as we master our own mindset and discover the real beauty within our own story, we become free to empower others.

My lovely daughter’s bright spirit, despite the tragedy that had bestowed her brought me to the realization that when we bring together all of our individual greatness into a massive “Wholeness”, we can create a momentum that will ultimately transform the world.

My life experiences have taught me that it’s more than finding joy in our lives, our experiences, our relationships and our businesses. I believe that as more of us learn to master our mindsets, we begin to create a planet where even the sky is no limit!

“We may not get to choose how long we get to play on this majestic planet, but we definitely get to choose how epically we live while we are playing here.” – Meridith Alexander
