A Message from Meridith:

I believe that each and every one of us carries within us the seeds of Greatness…. A brilliance that separates the Human Genius from anything else outside of Mankind… 

Sometimes that Greatness comes naturally. At other times that Greatness is thrust upon us when we find ourselves in the role of the reluctant hero. 

My mission is to help my fellow human beings — whether they be young or old, male or female, in the mail room, the board room or in the home — to identify, reboot and unleash their own version of Human Genius. 

My vision is to help others appreciate that it’s not in spite of our obstacles and adversity that we succeed. It’s precisely thanks to these challenges that we learn how high we can soar. 

And it’s these tiny individual seeds of Greatness that when brought together into a massive “Wholeness” are going to form the momentum that will ultimately transform our businesses not only in the realm of profitability but in their profound ability to literally impact the world. 

From my own experiences, I believe that we have reached a critical place in time where we must  begin to take the importance of mind set more seriously. We are beyond the time when we can simply allow our thoughts to function on automatic pilot. To discount the importance of managing the content of our inner world has become equivalent to believing that the outer world is flat. 

We cannot live the lives that we desire if we tolerate allowing our “own worst enemy” to remain at the controls. We will face obstacles, adversity and fear — yet, when processed with a strong focus, these challenges become assets to our growth, not detriments. 

When we commit to creating a powerful mindset, the Sky truly is the Limit. My mission is to share the strategies, exercises, insights and techniques that the years culminating in this mighty boulder have gifted into my own life. Or as the word BOULDER itself conveys, when we omit the letter “u” — in other words, when we can finally learn to get out of our own way — we are free to live a BOLDER version of life. And THAT is the place where the limit is just the beginning!
